A bad cold and flu.

When I first came to Australia, I wasn't acclimatised. So I had a bad cold and flu. I really ached all over. I had a high fever, a runny nose, a cough, a sore throat, headache. Other symptoms is that I had no appetite and I didn't have much energy in my body. One day I walked out in the middle of the class to go back home. Even though I took some medicines in the morning, noon and night regularly, it took me more than 2 weeks to get over my cold. It was a horrible time. I not only was sick but also felt lonely. After getting well, I realized that health is the most important  thing of all.

Health is definitely very important. I was also sick for a long time when I first went to Korea, so I empathise with you.
Don't forget when you are writing a list to have a (, and) before the final item.
    Good job Jeongha :)
